2023 Annual 18th Street Sweet Shoppe
This year’s Altar Society’s 18th Street Sweet Shoppe Sale will be on November 18 and November 19 in the parish hall after all the Masses. Please consider helping us raise money to purchase and maintain all the liturgical altar linens used throughout the year. You may make anything you want, a favorite recipe or something new, everything sells. You may deliver your item(s) to the parish hall on Friday, November 17 from 8:30-4:00 or on Saturday, November 18th between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Volunteers will plate, wrap and price each item before the sale. Call me if you need to make other arrangements.
Item packaging info: quiches, breakfast casseroles, cakes pies and breads, etc. sell well on a sturdy plate. Single serve items such as Cookes, brownies, etc. can be packaged in 3, 6, 12 count. Package candies as 1 item in appropriate serving sized. Also jellies, salsas, and cheese balls sell well. Please idenify these items with a label and indicate if nuts are used.
We have an inventory of serving plates, bowls, etc on hand, so if you need us to package your item, drop it off in a disposable pan and we will take care of it.
Thank you and I am looking forward to sharing this event’s success with you.
